We strive to ship out same day or next unless you have a custom order. Most orders are ship through UPS unless stated otherwise or its destination is a P.O Box then it will go through USPS. If a product is damaged or missing, please do not hesitate to reach out. Claims cannot be filed on missing packages unless it has been more than 14 business days. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE!
